he fast recovery diode combines the high-voltage electric field cutoff terminal technology and the minority carrier lifetime control technology. It plays roles such as current diversion, rectification, clamping, and buffering in the circuit. According to its relationship with temperature, the products can be classified into three types: negative temperature coefficient, nearly zero temperature coefficient, and positive temperature coefficient fast recovery products.
The near-zero temperature coefficient fast recovery type has a small temperature change rate for both high and low temperature VF and Irrm parameters, while maintaining high reliability. It is more suitable for parallel connection of multiple fast recovery diodes.
