Product Introduction Jiangsu MHCHXM has launched TOLL-packaged SiC MOSFET products.
TOLL, short for Transistor Outline Leadless, is a leadless surface-mount power package designed for high-frequency, high-current, and high-power-density applications.
The TOLL package offers significant advantages including extremely low parasitic inductance, Kelvin source connection, ultra-low package on-resistance, low thermal resistance, excellent thermal cycling and vibration resistance, high current endurance, ultra-high power density, and simplified PCB layout, making it the mainstream next-generation SMT packaging format.
MHCHXM's TOLL-packaged products are available in voltage ratings of 650V, 750V, 800V, and 1200V, with rated on-resistances ranging from 15mΩ to 125mΩ. These devices have already been widely adopted in various key application areas and demonstrate outstanding reliability.
